Woohoo...they've finally tarred the roads at the new Fish House (aka Aquaculture Centre). It's gonna be so much better for our vehicles now. :)

ya right, we should be happy about that.....but....always a "but" they did such a lousy work! so fast, there are already a few pot holes on it.....no quality work, just like our new fish house construction....
i guess can't blame them too much since it was raining when they were doing it...
